We’ll look to you for:
• Undertake responsibilities related to Technical management for various telecommunication systems, including and not limited to Fiber Optics, MSN Multiservice Network, Radio Communication System (LTE), CCTV, Telephone, Time Distribution, Public Address, Passenger Information System, and Recording System.
• Assume leadership and management of the entire Telecoms team/environment from start to finish.
• Evaluate Telecom submissions, such as Design and Installation drawings, planning documentation, Inspection, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures and reports provided by the Contractor, and provide technical feedback.
• Verify that the project design adheres to relevant codes and standards.
• Ensure that the deliverables from the Contractor meet project requirements, specifications, and the intended Design.
• Conduct site visits to supervise the progress of installations and witness Factory and Site tests.
• Provide progress updates, highlight critical issues, and propose solutions to advance the project to the Systems Managers.
• Offer comprehensive technical support to the client to facilitate timely and accurate project completion.
• Review and approve Change Requests and Interface documents.
• Coordinate with other subsystems to effectively manage interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Telecom vendors and suppliers as part of the Solutions Delivery team to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Degree in telecommunications engineering.
- Experience +10 years in at least 5 or 6 subsystems of the following:
o Multiservice Network designs (Ethernet, IP/MPLS, Routers/Switches/Firewalls, TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, Wi-Fi).
o Public Address System & Passenger Information system. - o Telephony system.
o Master Clock System.
o Voice Recording system.
o CCTV.
o Wireless, 4G/LTE.
o Structure Cabling. - Fluent in Arabic & English Language.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- IP certification like CCNA, CCNP is a plus.
- Team Management skills.
- Knowledge of railway systems will be a plus.
