Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll drive the industrialization process for programs, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing, logistics, and engineering. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business engineering, manufacturing, supply chain to define processes, coordinate co-engineering activities, and ensure industrial readiness at all stages of the program.
You’ll specifically take care of creating the Program Industrial Management Plan (IMP) and managing transfers to manufacturing sites, but also ensure the successful delivery of prototypes and industrial documentation.
We’ll look to you for:
Setting up the industrial organization for the program, including staffing, tools, and work packages.
Defining the industrial scope, including make-or-buy strategies, cost targets, and schedules.
Coordinating co-engineering activities to align manufacturing and design requirements.
Monitoring preliminary and detailed industrialization processes, including logistics flows and facility requirements.
Managing the creation of industrial documentation such as work instructions, ERP master data, and P-FMEA.
Ensuring the successful handover of industrial processes to manufacturing sites and project teams.
Contributing to industrial costing for tenders and promoting continuous improvement through industrial feedback (REX).
Adhering to and promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of industrialization processes, manufacturing, and logistics.
Knowledge of ERP systems and industrial cost management.
Familiarity with co-engineering and design-for-manufacturing principles.
A Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
