Could you be the full-time onsite Platform Screen Doors T&C Engineer in Cairo, EG we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our rail systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the T&C manager, engineering, and safety departments), supervise the execution of test procedures, ensure comprehensive test reporting and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supervising the PSDS subcontractor in the execution of test procedures, logging the test results and any anomalies.

  • Reporting to the PSDS T&C manager for activity assignments, anomalies detected during test execution, and any other organizational issues.

  • Reporting anomaly logs and severity levels to the Alstom PSDS T&C manager.

  • Ensuring that the test report includes all results and any anomalies.

  • Ensuring the safety of all personnel working in an electrical environment, being aware of electrical risks.

  • Diploma in Electronics, Megatronic or Communication.

  • Experience or understanding of supervising T&C procedures and subcontractors.

  • Knowledge of PLC/Server operation.

  • Familiarity with electrical safety and non-electrical environments.

  • A valid driving license.

  • Experience in railway project T&C activities.
