Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your construction management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of line segment construction activities, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as civil partners, internal subsystems, and Alstom construction managers), coordinate priorities, and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing weekly coordination meetings and ensuring timely issuance of PTWs (Permit to Work), but also oversee the resolution of interface issues and the closure of snags in alignment with project timelines.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating weekly meetings with subsystems to assign PTW priorities for line segments.

  • Issuing PTWs on time to prevent delays.

  • Engaging with civil partners to agree on remaining works related to line segments.

  • Ensuring shared working areas are managed without disruption to Alstom activities.

  • Managing the milestones related to line segments.

  • Overseeing and coordinating line segment gauge tests with the Alstom team.

  • Managing civil partners for beam rectification works and organizing weekly KPI meetings.

  • Mobilizing execution teams and aligning with Alstom construction managers.

  • Coordinating with civil partners and internal subsystems to resolve interface issues and unblock line segments.

  • Anticipating and addressing issues and concerns proactively.

  • Ensuring timely signature of checklists with civil partners and subsystems.

  • Managing and closing all snags in checklists within agreed timelines.

  • Following up with civil partners on open points and blocking issues in checklists.

  • Implementing and adhering to EHS guidelines.
