Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance measurement of our projects, including Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), on-time sequencing of stakeholders, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Railway Safety Assurance (RSA)), enforce the recording and approval of installation drawing changes, and much more.

OPC Manager for (Wayside Track Management)
Responsabilities:
- EHS Management:
- Full knowledge of Alstom EHS process.
- Implement EHS guidelines at site on Track side.

Executions (with CWJV)
- Coordinate with CWJV to clear the access.
- Coordinate and manage CWJV obstacles in wayside.
- Ensure with CWJV that all walkways are installed for safe access.
- Manage SWAP of CWJV based on Alstom priority requirements.
- Ensure CWJV clears the comments of gauge test.
- Check and ensure CWJV has completed their earthing in LS.
- Coordinate with CWJV for beam corrections.

Executions (Internal)
- Coordinate all internal subsystem requirement of the week for wayside.
- Understand the priority of the system based on set planning.
- Coordinate with PTW team to issue PTW.
- Ensure all LS are is fully occupied for all sub-system.
- Monitor at site all PTW issued are being executed as per plan.
- Cancel PTW of system if not used at site and issue the PTW to other subsystem to ensure track are occupies.
- Coordinate and Manage Signaling and COMS need from CWJV (Cutting, drilling, provisions)
- Coordinate well in advance to mobilize SIG and COMS for locations where CJWV has provided the access.
- Coordinate with subsystem for night shift requirements well in advance.
- Assess the take actions for any cart idle and holding the LS without any works.
- Make site coordination in LS to accommodate more team working with all process in place to ensure maximize the utilization of the area.
- Progress Report
- Participate Tire-4 to ensure site works is going smoothly and blocking issues are solved.
- Participate Tire-3 to unblock the issues and concerns.
- Prepare weekly progress report of the LS.
- Prepare three weeks lookahead for LS access and

Degree in electrical or mechanical domain or equivalent, Engineering degree strongly recommended.

Knowledge of rail installation, MEP awareness would be advantageous.

Familiarity with LV/MV Electrical installations.

Experience or understanding of installation of electrical/mechanical works.

Able to solve conflicts between different installers and suggest solutions.
