Safety

· Application of occupational health and safety and environmental protection rules and supervision of their compliance by employees

· Application of all types of preventive measures to prevent occupational accidents

· Immediate reporting of any irregularities that may lead to a threat to the life or health

of people on the production floor

· Participation in periodic GPI reviews and occupational risk assessments

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Implementing, launching, and monitoring ERP system metrics.

§ Monitoring data accuracy and analyzing anomalies in the ERP system by tracking system metrics and taking appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

§ Ensuring that all system users execute ERP processes in accordance with established rules.

§ Identifying root causes in the event of problems during data processing in the SAP system and resolving them.

§ Adding/removing/replacing requirements between phases in SAP - checking system data and correcting material requirements.

§ Updating material flow parameters in the ERP system and recoding materials between projects.

§ Continuous improvement and development of ERP system processes by opening and tracking change proposals and testing new solutions.

§ Analyzing and correcting material planning (e.g., introducing changes to open production orders).

§ Opening and closing production orders not processed in the MES system, ensuring timely settlement and release of materials.

§ Correcting current errors and blocking points in SAP – upon receipt, during order creation, material storage, order initiation, and plan implementation in SAP to enable correct execution of processes in other areas.

§ Closing physically completed projects in the SAP system (clearing old orders, transfer requests, needs, remaining inventory, closing production orders not closed by production, verifying open purchase orders, COGI, jobs).

§ Training and supporting end users.

§ Developing and updating training materials and instructions for end users.

§ Granting, removing, and modifying access (extending account validity, unlocking, adding, and removing roles). 

§ Launching new projects in SAP.

§ Collaborating with IT to resolve issues and reporting modifications to existing solutions.

§ Testing solutions provided by IT.

§ Creating reports and databases in MS Office systems (Excel, Access).

§ Close cooperation with areas using the SAP system for their processes.

§ Implementing other processes in accordance with APSYS.

§ Executing other work-related tasks not covered by the above scope of responsibilities, assigned by the supervisor, and related to the performed work.

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

§ Implementing, updating and ensuring continuous development of the quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety management system elements related to the entrusted scope of activities

 

OTHER

§ Carrying out tasks in accordance with the Labor Code, work regulations and other internal regulations, including in accordance with the Management System documentation contained in the Acomis database

§ Protecting employees’ personal data against unauthorized access, unjustified modification, illegal disclosure and acquisition

§ Maintaining professional secrecy

§ Protecting access to intangible resources

§ Rational management of entrusted assets and securing them against theft, destruction, etc.
