Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and technical coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll serve as a pivotal liaison in our Engineering department, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between our customers and internal stakeholders (such as SER, PI, SC) as well as the remote project development team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Product Integration, Supply Chain), organize and lead technical meetings and reviews, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as a mediator between the customer, internal stakeholders, and the remote project development team.

  • Reporting feasible engineering solutions and QCD decisions to the client within project constraints.

  • Tracking, recording, and obtaining official approval for any customer-triggered contract deviations as Variation Orders.

  • Proactively addressing potential risks that could affect customer interests.

  • Supporting the Commissioning and Validation team during testing and commissioning of the fleet.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Experience or understanding of technical project coordination and customer interfacing.

  • Familiarity with rail industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and prepare mitigation strategies.

  • Capacity to act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and remote development teams.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues.

  • Progress towards becoming a pivotal technical liaison, enhancing project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative engineering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
