We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading a shift of Recovery Technicians (Station Attendants) by defining and communicating performance standards.

  • Coaching and developing employees to achieve high levels of quality and performance.

  • Collaborating across departments to manage operating plans and emergencies effectively.

  • Developing and implementing efficient shift work schedules and contingency plans.

  • Recording, tracking, and analyzing administrative processes such as inspections, budgets, and performance discussions.

  • Enforcing safety rules, monitoring compliance, and addressing safety concerns proactively.

  • Providing on-the-job training, re-certification, and evaluations for Recovery Technicians (Station Attendants).

  • Filling in as a Recovery Technician (Station Attendant) during staff shortages to ensure operational consistency.

  • Holding regular safety meetings and daily job briefings.

  • Supporting a 24/7 work environment with flexibility and responsiveness.
