We are looking for a passionate Installation Field Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and ensuring flawless execution in the field. You will collaborate with dedicated teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient rail systems that move cities and connect people.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead on-site installation activities ensuring scalability and compliance with Alstom’s engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate installation schedules and resolve interface issues.
  • Ensure reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Drive innovation by implementing digital tools such as BIM and field data analytics for installation optimization.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned and mentoring junior engineers.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics using AutoCAD or EPLAN.
  • Hands-on experience with installation and commissioning of signaling or traction systems.
  • Strong understanding of safety management systems and field quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics using project management tools like MS Project.
  • Knowledge of railway standards such as EN 50126/50128/50129 and their field application.

  • On-time delivery of installation milestones aligned with project schedules.
  • Effective collaboration and communication across engineering and site teams.
  • Reduction in installation defects and continuous improvement in field efficiency.
