- Launching RFQs in alignment with global and local processes
- Managing quotes, comparisons, negotiations, and contract finalizations
- Overseeing a wide range of indirect categories from a procurement perspective
- Supporting commodity strategy and panel elaboration at the local site
- Actively participating in tender phases for indirect activities
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Monitoring supplier performance and addressing initial issues
- Coordinating procurement-related projects with internal teams
- Handling P2P responsibilities, including material scheduling and purchasing documentation
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Knowledge of RFQ processes and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with indirect procurement categories and commodity strategies
- A certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
