ICC Design & Specifications Engineer

Job Purpose:

This position's main tasks are to design, create specification documents , manage requirements and support tenders for integrated control center system projects which may include Automatic Train supervision (ATS) systems, SCADA systems & Cyber Security systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create specification documents such as System architecture, system user manual, Test specifications
• Manage the Customer Requirements , with Complying and preparing the exact document to fulfilled Customer Needs
• Make Link between the Customer Requirements and ICC designs
• Provides all the necessary support to the ICC Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) for the technical answer to the needs expressed by the Solution Director and the specific user project needs.
• Apply the system engineering processes in order to ensure that the system technically fulfils the defined needs and enhancements (change requests) and that a proper system engineering approach is being followed.
• Interacts with other Engineers to ensure that the design fits with the intended functions and architecture.

Knowledge, Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

              Knowledge

• • Automation systems specially SCADA products
  • Standard and industrial protocols (OPC-UA, OPC-DA, MODBUS, SNMP, etc)
  • Good knowledge in PLC or DCS & SCADA systems

Skills:

• • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work transversally with engineering teams
  • Proactivity & flexibility to change between different knowledge sectors
  • Willing to learn
  • French language is a plus

Required Qualifications:

            Education:

Engineering University Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.

            Experience:

                       2-5 years of experience.
