Facility Engineer

Facility Engineer is in charge to handle:

• The maintenance activities for the offices and site mobile offices ( HVAC, plumming and lightining)
• Managing the utilization of avaialble resources, trucks, cars, employees’ buses and other fleet-related resources
• Forecasting the maintenance and fleet needs
• Collecting maintenance and fleet-related data from stakeholders (e.g., installation teams, OPC teams, Project managment teams, drivers, supervisors, and customers)
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing utilization reports
• Planning and managing periodical maintenance calendars
• Planning and executing new maintenance and fleet strategies
• Taking the proper corrective and preventive actions to answer the needs of different stakeholders
   
  Responsibilities:

• Creating projects business plan
• Setting maintenance plans for fleet and facilities
• Following vehicle’s licenses renewal
• Develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and promoting active involvement of drivers in driving EHS and Journey management system
• Create & Apply Maintenance and Fleet management plans
• Monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures
• Drivers awareness campaigns, Drivers Trainings and Coaching
• Create & Apply Journey management plan according to the projects' needs
• Support in investigate car accidents, and near accidents to reach the root causes.
• Vehicles Inspections, Drivers tasks controlling and distribution
• Fleet Management System support, System diagnoses, Instructing and Vehicles Maintenance.
• Coordinate and actively participate in the screening and driving EHS training of all personnel, including drivers and contractors.
• Fleet Management Software and hardware installation, System upgrade, System support, System diagnoses, Instructing, Demo's preparation and Vehicles Maintenance.
• GPS Tracking System devices installation and maintenance
   
  Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office (Microsoft project - Word - Excel - Power Point - Microsoft Outlook)

Languages:

• Fluent in Arabic
• Fluent in English
