We’ll look to you for:

Supporting site management in achieving EHS performance goals.
-
Driving the implementation of EHS policies and plans aligned with Alstom’s global and regional strategies.
-
Advising, coaching, and supporting operational management in EHS initiatives to achieve objectives.

Ensuring EHS risk assessments are conducted and appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
-
Preparing, implementing, and maintaining emergency plans at the site level.
-
Monitoring and managing EHS compliance for subcontractor activities, especially in interface areas.
-
Leading the EHS function at the site, including coaching and developing EHS team members.

Developing and maintaining the site EHS management system, ensuring alignment with Alstom standards and tools.
-
Facilitating EHS training and communication plans to enhance awareness and engagement.
-
Ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of accidents, incidents, and EHS performance metrics.
-
Conducting internal EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Professional experience of 5 to 8 years in EHS roles, ideally within a manufacturing or railway service environment.

-
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with tools like Minitab.
-
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
-
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven with strong organizational and planning skills.
-
Knowledge of infrastructure projects and testing/commissioning processes.
