Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and documentation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless project documentation management and compliance with company standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, customers, and partners), maintain accurate document workflows, and support reporting and communication processes.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the receipt, registration, distribution, and archiving of project documents, but also ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of project documents

  • Processing document transmittals and correspondence

  • Monitoring document workflows and following up on pending reviews and approvals

  • Preparing and maintaining document registers and logs

  • Verifying document metadata, numbering, and revision status before distribution

  • Coordinating with engineering, project management, customers, and partners regarding document submissions

  • Archiving project documentation and maintaining proper records throughout the project lifecycle

  • Supporting document control reporting and maintaining accurate document status records

  • Maintaining the EDMS and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in documentation management, preferably in railway projects

  • Good knowledge of EDMS and document control procedures

  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good English communication skills; French is an advantage

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards senior roles in project documentation or other areas

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
