The Employee will work under the Insallation Manager to carry out Telecommunication Installation activities.

He/She should have an engineering bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, with 10 to 15 years in Telecommunication systems (Optical fiber, VVRS, BBRS, ITS, LTE, CCTV, MSN, PIS, PAS, Clock systems) and related site activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools, as well as the coordination with interfacing functions such as EHS, Engineering and Quality. 
  • Strong knowledge of mega projects cycle and projects deliverables.
  • Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications.
  • Support the management of the Work Package of Installation for all telecommunications systems, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities.
  • Manage a team of installation engineers including division of assignments, workload..etc. 
  • Manage Sub-contractors on site , including monitoring of quality and delivery. 
  • Manage the interfaces with Third Parties such as Consultant, Client, Civil Work partners, etc.

All about you

  • Telecommunication Engineer degree from 10 to15 years of total experiences.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and installation activities in large sites. 
  • Strong experience on site management & Installation. Railway installation experience is a plus. 
  • Fluency in English is a must. 
  • Strong coordination and communication skills. 
  • Quality-focused, team-player and highly responsible. 
  • Resilient, with an analytic way of thinking to solve complex sotuations and issues.
