The Employee will work under the Insallation Manager to carry out SCADA & AFC  Installation activities.

He/She should have an engineering bachelor’s degree in electrical Power, Mechatronics with 10 to 15 years of total experiences. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools, as well as the coordination with interfacing functions such as EHS, Engineering and Quality. 
  • Strong knowledge of mega projects cycle and projects deliverables.
  • Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications.
  • Support the management of the Work Package of Installation for SCADA and Automatic Fare Collection systems, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities.
  • Manage a team of installation engineers including division of assignments, workload..etc. 
  • Manage Sub-contractors on site , including monitoring of quality and delivery. 
  • Manage the interfaces with Third Parties such as Consultant, Client, Civil Work partners, etc.

All about you

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree in electrical Power or Mechatronics from 10 to 15 years of total experience.
  • Previous SCADA experience is a must.
  • Railway experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and installation activities in large sites. 
  • Strong experience on site management & Installation.
  • Fluency in English is a must. 
  • Strong coordination and communication skills. 
  • Quality-focused, team-player and highly responsible. 
  • Resilient, with an analytic way of thinking to solve complex situations and issues.
