Could you be the full-time Contract Manager in Egypt we’re looking for?

Your future role

• Manage the different contract agreements (Consortium Agreement -  Main Contract - Subcontracts) across all elements of the Project throughout the entire project lifecycle. The requested role is Subcontractors-focused. 
• Develop the Commercial strategy to secure delay claims and monetary claims
• Develop strategies to secure Alstom’s interests with the different stakeholders.
• Report to the management the risks and the opportunities against the different stakeholders.

• +7 years’ experience of working in a Turnkey Project environment, with Contract Management leadership experience
• Law/Contract Management certificate from a credible body is preferred.
• Experience of Stakeholders Management and performing key interface to key Senor Client Representatives
• Expert in FIDIC Contract and Claim Management
