Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities within SAP GSI to maximise fleet availability and performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (internal teams, contractors, and suppliers), maintain accurate, real-time data within SAP GSI, and proactively identify risks to drive continuous improvement in maintenance delivery and service quality, and much more
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing short-term and 5-day rolling maintenance plans, including scheduling overnight depot work ,
- Raising, prioritising, and managing service orders, notifications, and defect incidents from multiple sources, including the Defect App and email requests ,
- Maintaining accurate, real-time data within SAP GSI, ensuring all maintenance activity is correctly recorded and reflected ,
- Inputting and analysing data from a range of sources (e.g., contractors, suppliers, and monitoring systems) to support informed decision-making ,
- Coordinating contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is aligned to plan, delivered on time, and escalating where risks or delays arise ,
- Providing clear, consistent communication on daily priorities, critical defects, and operational risks to internal and external stakeholders ,
- Supporting in-service fault response in collaboration with Service Engineers, helping to contain and manage defects until repair ,Reviewing completed incidents for quality and completeness, and responding to customer queries in line with agreed processes ,
- Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, supporting service quality initiatives and continuous improvement"

- Degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field. ,
- Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, materials coordination, or operational support roles. ,
- Familiarity with fleet maintenance processes or vehicle maintenance schedules. ,
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. ,
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying risks and driving continuous improvement. ,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. ,
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contractors, and suppliers. ,
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
