Could you be the full-time Welding Workshop & Line Manager in Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive welding and production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll lead and manage a dynamic team of both blue and white-collar employees within our welding line. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, quality control, health and safety), coordinate with related departments, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of ensuring all activities meet specifications, standards, and internal instructions, but also lead lean management, issue management, and continuous improvement/optimizations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Team management, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Effective time and stock management within the welding line
  • Proactive coordination with other departments
  • Immediate responsiveness to operational needs
  • Adherence to HSE requirements while delivering on time and cost with quality
  • Driving lean management and continuous improvement strategies
  • Tracking improvement plans and KPI progress for all team members


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience or understanding of welded production management, particularly for CBS and structural components
  • Knowledge of EN15085 or similar welding standards
  • Familiarity with leading diverse teams and blue-collar employee training
  • A certification in welding engineering is a plus
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain diplomacy in complex situations
  • Good communication skills in English
