Could you be the full-time Welding Production Support Engineer in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Car Body Shell (CBS) welding expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and resourceful teammates.
You'll support the production team to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and quality deliveries. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (methods, quality, project management), conduct layout studies, process flow analysis, line balancing, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of bottleneck identification, competency studies, and improvements in terms of time, quality, HSE, cost, and ergonomics, but also support the team during ramp-up and pre-serial production phases.
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring KPIs are met and conducting analysis to improve the 'Open Issue List'
- Collaborating across departments to capitalize on opportunities
- Applying Lean Management principles in the workshop and conducting internal audits
- Assisting the production team with ad-hoc support as needed
- Providing timely reports to the Welding Workshop & Line Manager
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

- A degree in Engineering, Welding Engineering is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Production and/or Method roles
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM and proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with building a strong professional network and excellent communication skills

- Ability to provide responsible and timely feedback
- Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability and a diplomatic approach when necessary

- Good command of both verbal and written English
