Could you be the full-time Robotics Support Engineer (VIE) in Bursa we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your robotics and automation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative global robotics teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting the growth of robotics within our operations, ensuring efficiency and innovation in our processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, maintenance, engineering), develop troubleshooting strategies, and identify improvement opportunities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supporting robotics projects during validation (e.g., SAT checklist) and assisting in robotics production phases, but also propose performance improvements for existing welding cells.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing troubleshooting fault trees
  • Providing KPI updates for robotics (e.g., WARB, URH, SMM, SME)
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, product flow, and reliability
  • Participating in the Welding Robotic Committee to communicate technical results
  • Supporting the implementation of maintenance processes for robotics
  • Collecting and sharing REX (Return of Experience) insights
  • Engaging with the A&R global community

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Must be a citizen of an EU member state (VIE requirement)
  • Degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of robotics systems and automated processes
  • Knowledge of welding processes and performance metrics (e.g., WARB, URH)
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and fault analysis
  • A Lean/Continuous Improvement certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellente communication and collaboration abilities
  • Turkish knowledge is not required but would be appreciated

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
