Could you be the full-time Tooling Engineer in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing processes by developing and managing tooling solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, production, and procurement), evaluate tooling costs, and ensure the successful implementation of tooling solutions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing or subcontracting the design of tooling, but also validating and industrializing tooling equipment.
We’ll look to you for:

Identifying tooling needs during the tender process

Evaluating total tooling costs

Writing and approving functional specifications
-
Participating in RFQ analysis and business awards

Designing or subcontracting the design of tooling
-
Validation and industrialization studies of tooling equipment
-
Specifying inspection, handling, and maintenance instructions

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles

Experience or understanding of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, or plant maintenance

Knowledge of CATIA, Solidworks, etc.

Fluent in English
-
Familiarity with quality and EHS standards
-
A certification in process FMEA and QRQC
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Self-motivation and a team player
