Could you be the full-time Tooling Engineer in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and automation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, diligent, and collaborative teammates.
You'll be pivotal in defining specific tooling, ensuring its manufacturing, and implementation in production, all while adhering to standards and business targets such as EHS, ergonomics, and QCD. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality, Sourcing, Site Maintenance), analyze tooling requests, propose solutions, write functional specifications, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of performing tooling costing, participating in design reviews, validating manufactured tooling, and training the manufacturing team on its use, but also contributing to continuous improvement actions.
We’ll look to you for:
- Identifying tooling needs during the tender process
- Evaluating total tooling costs
- Writing and approving functional specifications
- Participating in RFQ analysis and business awards
- Designing or subcontracting the design of tooling
- Specifying inspection, handling, and maintenance instructions

- Technical education in mechanics, automation
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, or plant maintenance with a preference for railway industry background
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA, etc.)
- Familiarity with quality, EHS standards, ergonomics, and IS common tools
- A certification in process FMEA, QRQC
- Excellent communication skills and logical organization
- Self-motivation and a team player mentality
