Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Engineer in Turkey we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure the “Best in Class” quality level with suppliers for all product lines in the country. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production), manage the on-cycle supplier quality activities from selection of suppliers to the end of the contract, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering and organizing Supplier Quality activities during the development phases of projects, but also developing and deploying Supplier Quality processes and sharing best practices.
We’ll look to you for:

Delivering and organizing the Supplier Quality activities during the development phases of the projects

Developing and deploying Supplier Quality Processes and sharing good practices
-
Monitoring suppliers’ performance within the country
-
Supporting the region to meet Supplier Quality Excellence
-
Managing and evaluating supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met
-
Conducting supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement
-
Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments to define quality parameters

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supplier quality management and continuous improvement processes

Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and quality control tools

Experience with manufacturing methods and a good level of knowledge in machining methods (e.g., cutting techniques like turning, freezing, etc.)

Familiarity with procurement and supply chain operations
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English
-
Ability to drive Supplier Quality Excellence in the region
-
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
