Could you be the full-time Special Process Manager in Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.

You'll manage the site special process team and coordinate the industrial control of Special Processes (SP) during various phases including tender, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing), manage risk through Process FMEA, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of contributing to technology and activity transfers, as well as ensuring the deployment and validation of new processes in alignment with project planning.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing and coordinating the site special process team
  • Contributing to tender phases and product design to optimize costs and minimize risks
  • Defining requirements and rules for tooling and qualifying product/process pairs
  • Supporting sourcing and quality teams in supplier qualification and quality follow-up
  • Training workers and managers in executing Special Processes
  • Conducting internal and external audits to guarantee process compliance
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts within your domain
  • Supporting; welding, painting, sealing, structural riveting, crimping and torque tightening in the following processes

  • Degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
  • Experience in industrial methods and practice in special processes
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and industrial risk management
  • Familiarity with training and qualification standards for Special Processes
  • A certification from a recognized body, if applicable
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
  • Innovative mindset and participation in workgroups
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in related fields
