Could you be the full-time Manufacturing Manager (12‑month fixed‑term) in Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in managing all manufacturing activities on-site, ensuring the success of various projects while driving the continuous development of manufacturing practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, engineering, and supply chain), oversee operational excellence, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of manufacturing preparation, execution, and performance optimization, but also lead the development of your team and implement innovative manufacturing solutions.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Ensuring manufacturing’s contribution to Industrial QCD, supply chain process validation, and quality plan adherence

  • Managing EHS risk assessments and ergonomics analysis

  • Overseeing site manufacturing preparation, including planning, resource allocation, and operator training

  • Executing manufacturing for all projects and deploying Alstom Performance System on the shopfloor

  • Driving continuous improvement in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) through KPI tracking

  • Managing manufacturing equipment, investments, and site assets while optimizing capacity and performance

  • Implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives such as automation and digitalization

  • Developing and supporting your team through training, resource planning, and performance management


All about you

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

  • At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing management

  • Proven experience on welding production lines
  • Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes and operations

  • Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations

  • Familiarity with lean management tools, methods, and culture

  • A certification in project management or lean methodologies

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management

  • Proficiency in English and digital analytics tools for managing manufacturing activities
