Could you be the full-time Project Supply Chain Leader in Bursa we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations that align with tender and industrial requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (tender, project management, and industrial teams), manage supplier relationships, and oversee logistics flows and stock policies, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of securing ramp-ups and project closures, but also manage change and crisis situations effectively.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Designing supply chain processes based on tender team requirements

  • Committing to supply chain direct costs, including direct hours and packaging costs

  • Setting up and synchronizing supply chain processes with industrial requirements

  • Driving key activities to ensure supplier deliveries, logistics flows, stock policies, and system management meet logistics QCD objectives

  • Identifying suppliers with capacity risks before business awards

  • Coordinating supply chain activities during planning changes, supplier changes, or technical modifications

  • Managing material availability and anticipating material shortages

  • Securing project closure while minimizing costs and obsolete inventories

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering

  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management

  • Fluency in English and Turkish

  • Knowledge of SAP systems

  • Experience working in supplier/customer relationships, projects, or industrial environments

  • Ability to deal quickly and effectively with a variety of topics

  • Strong ability to summarize and focus on critical issues

  • Effective communication skills

  • Team player with a result-driven mindset

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
