Could you be the full-time Senior Component Sub-System Manager in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the successful completion of component scopes in complex projects, aligning with customer needs and committed Quality Cost Delivery Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sub-System team, Project Core Team, Sourcing, Supply Chain), manage component level stakeholders, activities, and deliverables, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of cascading and allocating component requirements and objectives, but also implementing and executing the work according to the Component Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
We’ll look to you for:
- Applying project strategy according to contractual and project commitments
- Leading and coordinating component activities and stakeholders
- Planning, monitoring, controlling, and managing component end-to-end activities
- Coordinating with Engineering, Sourcing, and other relevant departments
- Managing component situations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Representing Alstom towards customers and external stakeholders as needed

- Master or bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Experience or understanding of project management within multi-national companies
- Familiarity with multi-functional team collaboration
- A certification in project management (e.g., IPMA, PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with an ability to manage risks and opportunities
- Fluency in English
