Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless transition of projects from design to production, while driving operational excellence and contributing to Alstom’s mission of delivering sustainable mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, quality, and production), lead industrialization activities, and oversee the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and executing industrial strategies for projects, but also managing production planning and ensuring product quality through industrial best practices.
We’ll look to you for:

Setting up the industrial organization for projects, including staffing, work packages, and tools

Coordinating co-engineering activities and conducting ICONE workshops

Performing gap analysis with reference libraries and identifying impacts on manufacturing processes

Developing and maintaining the Industrial Management Plan (IMP)

Contributing to logistics strategy definition and make-or-buy decisions

Ensuring the timely completion of industrial documentation, manufacturing equipment, and tooling

Conducting P-FMEAs and developing control plans
-
Planning and organizing training for manufacturing teams
-
Managing production planning during the pre-serial phase and ensuring internal FAIs are completed on schedule

Leading retrofit activities and coordinating with relevant teams for engineering changes

Contributing to industrial costing for tenders and participating in R&D programs

Driving continuous improvement to achieve industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets

Bachelor's Degree in Mechinacal Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years experience or understanding of industrialization processes and project management

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment

Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS, SAP) and production planning
-
A Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
