Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in defining the manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, ensuring the industrial policy, existing standards, and project constraints are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, production, and quality departments), prepare industrial documentation such as work instructions, and design workstation layouts, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing production drawings in CATIA and actively participating in product design using co-engineering methodologies, but also identifying manufacturing equipment needs and performing detailed line balancing.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Preparing production drawings in CATIA and contributing to product design using co-engineering methodologies
-
Designing macro-processes based on SMP standards
-
Identifying manufacturing equipment needs and estimating method times
-
Performing detailed line balancing and analyzing critical process steps with Process FMEA
-
Preparing industrial documentation, including work instructions and data sheets
-
Designing workstation layouts that prioritize ergonomics, EHS rules, and movement optimization
-
Validating industrialization studies and supporting production in achieving QCD targets
-
Developing specifications for industrial means and tools required for serial production
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Bachelor's degree in Railway Systems, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Material Engineering
-
Design experience for tools and production drawings in CATIA
-
2-4 years of technical experience in process engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
-
Fluent in English and Turkish
-
Experience in working with an ERP system (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up
-
Working knowledge in quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
-
Familiarity with Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies
-
Self-motivated, logical, and organized with strong communication skills
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
