Position Purpose:
As a Manufacturing Engineer for Machining, you will manage production functions related to 3-5 axis machining centers, laser cutting machines, and CNC press brake machines in our factory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing production processes.
  • Achieving quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
  • Managing training and development processes for team members.
  • Preparing the production line and continuously improving processes.
  • Preparing production reports and tracking KPIs.
  • Implementing continuous improvement practices.
  • Managing 5S applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in machining.
  • Good command of English is required.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM.
  • Familiarity with production processes.
  • Experience in blue collar team management is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Team-oriented, customer-focused and strong problem-solving ability.
