Could you be the full-time Machine Installation & Programming Engineer/Specialist in Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your automation, programming, and validation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, solution-focused, and collaborative teammates.

You'll manage the automation and programming of machines and robots, ensuring the seamless operation of our robotic cells. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing Site Department, Special Process Department, Quality Department), propose process optimizations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the preparation of Computer Aided Machining programs, but also support the maintenance team in troubleshooting.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the automation, programming, and validation of machines and robots
  • Preparing Computer Aided Machining programs
  • Proposing improvements to assets and optimizing processes
  • Putting robotic cells into operation
  • Supporting the maintenance team in troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners, such as Robotic Integrators and Machine Manufacturers


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of industrial automation and robotic systems
  • Knowledge of CAD tools (preferably CATIA V5)
  • Familiarity with Automated PLC Systems and CAM programming
  • A certification in project management or related area is a plus
  • Proficiency in Quality, Safety, and Ergonomics
  • Competence in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience in laser welding
