Could you be the full-time Industrial Data Engineer in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project and change management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of project Bill of Materials (PBOM) and change management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, production, and supply chain), support the implementation of industrial information systems, and provide training to ensure stakeholders are equipped to succeed.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and consolidating PBOM documents for ERP system uploads, but also managing data migration and ensuring consistency across systems.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing and consolidating all project PBOM documents to ensure readiness for ERP system (IFS, SAP) upload

Effectively managing the factory's change management processes and updating necessary documentation

Supporting the implementation of industrial IS tools, acting as a key user for systems such as PLM (e.g., DMA, DELMIA) and ERP (e.g., SAP)

Organizing and leading change management activities, ensuring the completeness, correctness, and clarity of change requests

Ensuring accurate implementation of master data in systems, including M-BoM, P-BoM, routings, work centers, and tooling

Conducting tests prior to system implementation or updates and managing data migration

Providing training to users on new systems and updates

Representing the Configuration and Change Management (CCM) function in project and program meetings

Reporting on CCM performance indicators and managing actions for continuous improvement

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in project management, change management, and industrial engineering

Knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS,SAP) and PLM tools (like CATIA, DELMIA)

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

A certification in project management or change management (preferred)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
