Could you be the full-time Payroll and Industrial Relations Specialist in Bursa we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your payroll and personnel management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and supportive teammates.

You'll help ensure seamless payroll processes and compliance with labor laws, making a tangible impact on employee satisfaction and operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Finance, and external auditors), manage payroll calculations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing monthly payroll processes and employee data, but also handle social security notifications and onboarding/offboarding processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
  • Checking attendance (timekeeping) data and transferring it into the payroll system
  • Overseeing union relations and processes
  • Administering disciplinary cases and tracking their progress 
  • Handling social security notifications, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Execute end-to-end blue-collar recruitment processes 
  • Preparing reports and documentation for official institutions and audits
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and personnel matters
  • Monitoring legislative changes and adapting payroll processes accordingly

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs

  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security legislation

  • Experience in payroll calculations, including attendance, salary, overtime, and fringe benefits

  • Preferably experienced with SuccessFactors

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Fluent in Turkish and English

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

  • High level of commitment to confidentiality

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
