Could you be the full-time ERP Key User - Supply Chain in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and technology expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cross-functional processes and tools that drive operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Finance), lead the development of standards and tools, and ensure seamless service delivery of IT tools, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and deploying end-to-end processes like “Source to Procure,” “Procure to Pay,” “Receipt to Deliver,” and “Plan to Manufacture,” but also support sites with technical training and key user skill development.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the definition of standards, processes, instructions, and associated tools for cross-functional processes

Analyzing the IT landscape and contributing to the IT strategic roadmap

Providing standard methods and IS&T tools to support overall Supply Chain processes

Driving the deployment and ensuring efficient application of new core tools
-
Validating alignment between new processes and available tools
-
Animating Key Users networks and providing sustainable support to sites

Monitoring adherence and reporting performance through regular reviews and reports

Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues

Supporting mobilization requests from Regions/Sites or other departments

Contributing to Digital Operations definition and conducting technology watch

Degree in Business or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain

Advanced SAP knowledge in the supply chain domain

Experience or understanding of supply chain information flow (5+ years)

Strong ethics and high integrity

Commitment to continual learning and professional development

Experience in Procurement, Project Management, and Quality (desirable)
