Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in production systems and ERP solutions in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, accuracy, and optimization of our ERP systems in the production environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, IT, and central ERP teams), support shop-floor users, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our digitalization journey.
You’ll specifically take care of system deployment, data accuracy, and user support, but also contribute to process enhancements and automation opportunities.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Ensuring the deployment, testing, and sustainable operational performance of the ERP system in the production environment
-
Supporting ERP users on the shop floor and providing first-level response to system-related issues arising in daily operations
-
Acting as a key user for ERP systems by performing necessary configurations, data entries, and updates
-
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status of production master data (e.g., routing, work center, BOM, time data)
-
Serving as a communication bridge between production teams, IT, and central ERP teams, and managing issue escalation processes
-
Creating and executing test scenarios for system updates, new functionalities, or integrations
-
Monitoring the accuracy and consistency of production data, ensuring quality notifications, downtime reports, and performance indicators flow correctly into the system
-
Providing ERP system training for shop-floor users and preparing related training documentation
-
Reviewing and validating the consistency of production data from PLM tools such as DELMIA and CATIA with ERP, and proposing improvement actions where needed
-
Preparing regular reports on system performance, data quality, and user feedback
-
Leading continuous improvement activities to enhance the efficiency of ERP processes in support of production targets
