Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Stefan, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll define and control the standards and processes for identifying opportunities, formalizing contracts, controlling activities and costs, reporting on portfolio performance

.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensure that relevant stakeholders (Project Managers, WP Owners) adhere to the set standards and processes
  • Support the SSC Lead on the quotation phase: project internal selling price estimation, forecasting activities and tasks
  • Manage the controlling and reporting of SSC projects portfolio actual costs and forecast in accordance with internal rules
  • Actively participate in Work Package reviews and support on preparing deviations root causes
  • Manage the invoicing process towards other internal units and support in solving any disputes that may arise
  • Standardize controlling and reporting processes
  • Contribute and work directly with the lead of the group/workstream for:
    • data and business analysis,
    • data automation and integration.
  • Support the automation and optimization of all required recurring reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring the data is collated and manipulated in an accurate and efficient way.
  • Drive simplification of data to ensure understandable, presentable, and consistent format.

 

All about you

  • Engineering Degree/ equivalent in IT/ data science or relevant experience
  • 2-3 years working experience in Finance or Engineering
  • Team working
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledgeable of visual management, data automation, data manipulation
  • Knowing  French is a plus.
