Could you be the full-time Train Manager in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical / railway expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Marius, Testing & Commissioning Manager and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.

You'll define and manage from end to end train management process.

We’ll look to you for:

• Ensuring train availability and readiness for testing
• Managing EHS during heavy rolling stock testing
• Executing and overseeing rolling stock test operations
• Coordinating with various stakeholders for test preparation and execution
• Producing detailed failure reports and test documentation
• Upholding safety standards and managing test configurations

• Degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience or understanding of railway product testing activities
• Knowledge of EHS requirements and high-risk activities
• Familiarity with dynamic test activities in the rail industry
• A certification in a relevant technical field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
