Could you be the full-time Tools & ISCIR Responsible for Metrorex maintenance project in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field.   You’ll report to Adrian, Facilities Maintenance Manager and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.

 

You'll manage the tools, devices and equipment database used in the maintenance activity, you will assure the management of fixed assets according to regulations being responsible for monitoring and technical verification of installations under ISCIR regulations. Also you will take care of digital integration, development and implementation of the necessary apps for utilities, people qualification and equipment database.

 

You’ll specifically take care of tools, equipment and facilities performing activities like:

  • Identifying existing devices and tools physically and centralization of information
  • Analyzing the information for:
    • Updating work instructions
    • Standardization of tools ,devices and equipment
    • Drawing up lists of devices per process
  • Participating in the inventory External / internal tools / devices
  • Providing the team with  information on methods for drawing work instructions
  • Identifying devices via barcode allocation according to the strategy of the organization
  • Requesting the new tools / devices and allocating land.
  • Checking, updating and following the state of the critical equipment list (TPM program). Making the monthly report and sending feedback to Utilities department
  • Checking the daily online database / maintaining the link IT department for changes / updates of the database in case of  emergency
  • Checking and making sure of the compliance to ISCIR rules regarding the operation and maintenance of endowments covered by ISCIR areas.
  • Following-up the examination, authorization and regular verification of the personnel using the equipment that request ISCIR authorization.
  • Participating to the regular trainings made by ISCIR.
  • Participating to establish the technical content of the communication with the maintenance suppliers for the equipment requesting ISCIR.
  • Following the preparation and carrying on time the  technical checks for equipment which fall ISCIR rules.
  • Putting in place a database and following the  realization of the periodic examination, authorization and checking.
  • Tracking the compliance of contractual obligations of scheduled maintenance.
  • Establishing together with service providers planning of maintenance activities and ensuring that these are respected
  • Participating in the reception of servicing / maintenance of equipment that is subject to ISCIR reglementation.
  • Centralizing and reporting the data required for equipment and industrial needs concerning the legal requirements.
  • Providing and managing all technical documentation of equipment.
  • Respecting and complying with EHS procedures of the company specific to the job
