Testing & Commissioning Engineer 

in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

 

Your mission:

Prepare and execute test and commissioning activities fort new metro trains an Alstom product.

 

The primary responsibilities will be:

  • Participate to the production of the test procedures
  • Plan and coordinate the site (test track if applicable) tests of the participating Units and for the system integration
  • Execute the site tests and produce associated test report.
  • Report and follow action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the system during the T&C phase.
  • Report the system configuration during the successive tests phases (offshore test track, site…)
  • Prepare and execute testing activities in support to one or several Projects - initially for Line 5 extension for Metrorex client in Bucharest, according to the testing procedure / documentation 
  • Ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting)
  • In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project,

  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of railway applications
  • Experience from metro trains is an advantage  
  • Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long term mission in different locations and countries
  • Available to work at night, during weekends and on public holidays
  • Rigorous & team player
  • Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve complex system failures
  • Customer satisfaction and results orientated
  • Able to communicate in an open and clear manner with various stakeholders
  • Ability to use new technologies and tools
  • Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken)
