Could you be the full-time Documentation Engineer in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Anca, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

Support entire engineering team from the documentation perspective according to the rules defined in the Project Management Plan.

If you are a young graduate engineer or terminal years student following a technical specialization, you can join our dynamic and young Engineering team.

We'll look you to support in preparing and delivering Project documentation to the Client. For this you need to have a general understanding of procedures and company policies in order to achieve set results and deadlines. The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Printing and filing hard-copy documentation (Printing AutoCAD / pdf drawings)           
  • Preparing soft copy documentation (scanning drawings, writing CDs to be submitted to local Railway authorities)
  • Responsible for the accurate processing of documentation submittals to ensure on time delivery
  • Organize project records/documents to allow ease of access for the engineering team and other project members (SharePoint and Electronic Documentation Management System )
  • Managing archiving process
  • Collecting from Client’s premises the approved documentation and process it as per documentation management rules
  • Performing a variety of tasks in support of the engineering staff

- Technical background and you will finish next year a Technical University

- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet

- Knowledge in one of design program – AutoCAD

- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration

- Good command in English

- Driving license - B category
