Could you be the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Get on-board and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Jakub Mazurek (Head of Talent Acquisition Nordics), and work alongside collaborative team mates. You will be part of a global TA community and a highly valued member of a regional talent acquisition team, working in very close proximity with the business and HR leadership to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience whilst ensuring the project management of recruitment requirements.

 

We’ll look to you to:

  • be responsible for the account management and stakeholder management in a designated business area(s) and support formulating of a comprehensive resourcing plan
  • gather and develop a deep understanding of workforce planning within your business area and will be responsible for developing and delivering a resourcing plan to deliver on this.
  • actively develop talent pools, pipelines, and targeted campaigns while implementing effective recruitment methodologies to enhance attraction and engagement
  • work closely with the TA Manager and HR Business Partners to develop, implement and drive effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals ensuring the attraction of top candidates to meet business needs.
  • provide support tto Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
  • oversee all phases of the recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout.
  • collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the business’ hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Proven experience of end-to-end talent acquisition activities including strategy planning, advertising,  sourcing, attraction and recruitment
  • Proven experience of partnering with a wide range of senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Experience of using market knowledge and labour trends to inform recruitment strategies
  • Establish effective collaborations while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative recruitment environment.
  • Higher education in a relevant field
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken; fluency in Romanian is a huge advantage
  • Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
