Could you be the full-time Senior Finance Project Manager in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Alina , and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll Perform Project Controlling Activities related to Service projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Manager, Technical responsible) and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of DISProjects.

We’ll look to you for:

Manage the controlling and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules and ensures project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines and ensure consistency with project teams (Planning, Sourcing)

- The Finance Project Manager supports PM in risks and opportunities process and sign-off contingencies/committed savings. He is part of the Finance organization.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Manages and analyses work packages toghether with Project Manager and Work Package Owners
  • Can be involved in the tender phase of a project to support all specific financial demands (analysis of the contract financial terms, financial risks/savings, financial forecasts, bonds, etc)
  • Ensures support in periodical Project Reviews preparation with all the relevant financial analysis
  • Ensures support in preparation of  budget estimations, supports the analysis and control of the project cost variance and project result variance in order to optimize the project margin
  • Follows up and analyses cash in the project
  • Responsible for project related reporting in the internal ERP systems (Adel, Teranga)
  • Assures assistance to all financial audits
  • Ensures support in managing project bonds and hedging to limit exposure
  • Could be the process owner of several internal controls in ICQ and related action plans

  • University degree in finance
  • Experience in financial control processes in industrial environment: controlling or audit with minimum 5 years experience
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • SAP knowledge represents an advantage.
