Overview:
Perform Retrofit on Metropolis train in order to ensure their availability.
Provide technical support, warranty support team, rolling stock support team.
Key accountabilities:
Perform Retrofit activity on train taking into account work instructions and related documents, including investigation and repair.
Reports & register any deviation (failure/event) in Retrofit activity.
Apply & enforce Alstom & customer EHS & security rules.
Execute test & trouble shouting procedures to evaluate status of modifications.
Support specific technical investigations by Engineering or internal/external Suppliers
Recommends preventive and corrective actions
Perform training to operators in field modification and repairs if needed. Advises Retrofit manager regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product enhancements.
Ensure good information flow about interventions & operations within Retrofit activity to support shift transition, if needed
Contribute to Return of Experience
Education requirements:
Technical modification (electrical)/Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (electrical / electronic) (> 10 years for Senior position).
Field Experience (> 10 years for Senior position).
Product knowledge
EHS knowledge and exposure.
Good use of english language- mandatory.
Computer skill.
Desirable :
Railway Safety/Product liability
