Could you be the full-time RAM Engineer in our dynamic and innovative team located in Bucharest we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your robust RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll be instrumental in close cooperation with the Project Manager, ensuring End to End accountability at the system level of QCD and Performance, and recognized as a technical RAM leader within your scope of expertise.

You’ll specifically take care of carrying out RAM-related activities in line with QCD objectives, ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and available, and identifying optimal architectures based on performance requirements. You will also guarantee risk control and continuous reliability growth in projects and programs.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the technical contractual scope of the project in front of the customer
  • Leading, coordinating, and performing all RAM Assurance activities, from the tender phase up to the operational phase
  • Defining the RAM approach & strategy and managing the RAM budget, workload, and associated planning
  • Producing key RAM deliverables such as RAM Plans, RAM reports, RAM Monitoring plans, and reports
  • Conducting RAM activities, including reliability predictions, FMEA, and maintainability analysis
  • Making design recommendations based on RAM studies and verifying the adequacy of architecture choices
  • Supporting Tenders and Sourcing teams in product/system integration into projects

  • An engineering background with a comprehensive view of the project deployment lifecycle until commissioning
  • Experience in functional or hierarchical team management
  • Proficiency in cost and planning control within an engineering scope
  • Customer relationship management experience in contractual situations
  • A certification in a relevant field would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
