Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our subsystem installation activities, making a lasting impact on the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation, construction, project management, and subcontractors), guide and supervise quality inspectors, and ensure compliance with quality standards and processes, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of establishing and implementing Quality Installation Control Plans, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives, but also lead quality assurance and quality control activities for subsystem installations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supervising and supporting Subsystem Quality Inspectors
  • Managing interfaces with customer representatives for the subsystem scope
  • Guiding installation teams in understanding and implementing quality and safety contributions
  • Establishing, validating, and updating Quality Installation Control Plans and relevant QC forms
  • Ensuring proper application and traceability of quality documents, including method statements, ITPs, and construction drawings
  • Performing site quality animations and promoting a right-first-time mindset
  • Leading problem-solving activities to reduce costs of non-quality
  • Providing quality awareness and training for installation teams
  • Managing and resolving non-compliance reports (NCRs) effectively
  • Supporting internal and external hand-over processes and customer acceptance activities
  • Contributing to the reporting of quality KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Experience or understanding of quality management in construction, installation, or similar environments
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and control processes
  • Familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements
