Could you be the full-time Project Planner for the EMU 35 Project in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your scheduling and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Bruno and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in developing and updating schedules for projects with varying levels of criticality, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and supporting teams to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and project management), monitor schedule progress, and provide actionable insights to optimize project timelines.

You’ll specifically take care of analyzing time-related project data and creating high-quality schedules, but also mentoring and supporting other planners within the team.

We’ll look to you for:

• Developing and updating schedules for projects with medium levels of criticality

• Effectively communicating time-related project information in various formats

• Advising project teams on achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance

• Providing guidance on time-related contractual disputes

• Influencing the development and alignment of schedules with project stakeholders

• Managing project scheduling documentation

All about you

• Degree in Engineering or Business

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role

• Industrial or construction background

• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera or OdyC, with familiarity in others like MS Project or TILOS

• Advanced skills in MS Excel or other data analysis tools

• Knowledge of scheduling theory, methods (e.g., EVM), and time-related contractual obligations

• Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to learn and share knowledge

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to guide and challenge teams

• Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies
