Could you be the full-time Project Planner for the EMU 35 Project in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your scheduling and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Bruno and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in developing and updating schedules for projects with varying levels of criticality, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and supporting teams to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and project management), monitor schedule progress, and provide actionable insights to optimize project timelines.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing time-related project data and creating high-quality schedules, but also mentoring and supporting other planners within the team.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and updating schedules for projects with medium levels of criticality

Effectively communicating time-related project information in various formats
-
Advising project teams on achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance

Providing guidance on time-related contractual disputes
-
Influencing the development and alignment of schedules with project stakeholders

Managing project scheduling documentation

Degree in Engineering or Business

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role

Industrial or construction background
-
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera or OdyC, with familiarity in others like MS Project or TILOS
-
Advanced skills in MS Excel or other data analysis tools
-
Knowledge of scheduling theory, methods (e.g., EVM), and time-related contractual obligations
-
Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to learn and share knowledge
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to guide and challenge teams

Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies
