Could you be the full-time Project Planner in Bucharest we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Denis, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll develop and update schedules for projects that reach up to a low level of criticality, collect, analyse, and present the time related project information. support decision making process of team to reach On Time Delivery (OTD) performance, synchronise schedules with stakeholders, manage project scheduling documentation.

 

As Project Planner, we’ll look to you to:

  • Apply the company's time management processes

  • Promote the time management practices and culture in the project team

  • Learn and apply the return of experience (REX) from previous projects

  •  Analyse tender documentation to understand schedule management requirements, including schedule structure, reporting

    constraints, and contractual requirements.

  • Set a timeline for tender preparation and ensure its adherence until the tender submission.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate inputs and define project schedule interfaces.

  • Contribute to formulating the project execution strategy.

  • Develop the tender schedule based on contract requirements, subsystem commitments, gap analysis, and the tender execution

    strategy.

  • Identify the project schedule's critical path and risks, suggesting optimization and mitigation actions.

  • Highlight differences between the intial assumptions and the final tender schedule.

  • Write the tender schedule narrative.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of schedule-related deliverables.

  • Present scheduling information during tender gate reviews.

  • Develop quality schedules in line with the company's procedures, contractual requirements, and stakeholder inputs.

  • Participate in or ensure the validation of the baseline schedule.

  • Contribute to the development of the Project Time Management Plan.

  • Organize and lead regular project schedule review sessions.

  • Ensure the alignment of commitments from both internal and external stakeholders and manage schedule interfaces.

  • Update both internal and external schedules punctually and in accordance with the standards set out in the Time Management

    Plan.

  • Identify critical paths and potential delays.

  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and monitor risks and opportunities related to the on-time delivery of the project.

  • Prepare schedule and progress reports, including time-related KPIs, and analyse gaps between the actual progress and the baseline.
