Could you be the full-time Project & Engineering Quality Manager in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Claudiu, the D&IS Site Quality Manager, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll support the project and engineering management teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, industrial, and supplier quality teams), ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and implementing project quality plans, but also managing customer quality interfaces and supporting safety assessments.
We’ll look to you for:
- Being the interface with the customer’s quality and safety teams
- Establishing and applying the project quality plan in line with contract requirements and Alstom processes
- Coordinating quality activities across the project’s lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance of project deliverables through inspections and audits
- Managing non-conformities and safety issues
- Driving continuous improvement and lessons learned (REX) processes
- Supporting design reviews and ensuring alignment with project risks
- Collaborating with supplier quality teams for synchronization and follow-up of production activities
- Ensuring engineering standards are applied and proposing improvements when needed
