Could you be the full-time POS (Power Supply) Design Engineer in Bucharest we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in adapting and modifying railway electrification design packages, producing critical design documents, and representing the project technically to our customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, quality, and support functions), manage engineering-related activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering high-quality power supply designs and ensuring alignment with project requirements, but also support technical validations and provide expertise to on-site teams.
We’ll look to you for:
- Performing basic engineering activities for power supply systems (high voltage, medium voltage, traction, low voltage)
- Providing electrical architectures, technical specifications, and calculation notes
- Ensuring technical validation of supplier equipment offers
- Following up and validating technical drawings from suppliers
- Participating in factory acceptance tests and providing test procedures
- Coordinating interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Providing technical support to construction and commissioning teams
- Participating in the modification of as-built documentation, when required
All about you

- Degree in engineering (preferably related to rolling stock or electrical systems)
- At least 2 years of experience with ACAD design software
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivation, initiative, and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software and standard office tools
